PAYMENT METHODS

To guarantee that your purchase is secure, payments are made through the Mercado Pago platform.

 

DELIVERY TIME

All products shown on the page are available for immediate shipping.

Once receipt of payment is confirmed, the order will be packaged and the shipping guide prepared.

The order will be delivered to the parcel in the next 48 hours to proceed with its delivery.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

  • If you require any design or special request, please fill out the Contact form or call (52)558454 0541 to be assisted by a sales agent.

 

SHIPPING OF ORDERS

  • All products are sent via professional parcel delivery.
  • We ship to the entire Mexican Republic and internationally.

 

BILLING

  • If an invoice is required, send the tax information to blacksaddlehola@gmail.com indicating the use of the required CFDI and the Proof of tax situation.
  • Invoices will only be prepared for purchases made in the same month.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Exchanges and returns will apply under the following conditions:

  1. If you receive a product in poor condition (hit, scratched, broken)
  2. In case you receive the incomplete product
  3. In case you receive the wrong product

To make the exchange or return, the following conditions must apply:

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Send an email notifying any of the causes of exchange or return mentioned previously so that a collection guide is generated and the product is sent back

The email must be sent to: blacksaddlehola @gmail.com within 5 business days from receipt of the product, indicating whether you want a physical exchange or a refund of the amount paid for the product (shipping is not refundable)

Also indicate: Order number, name of the person who made the purchase, date and method of payment and photographs that validate the reasons for exchange or return.

  • If you request an exchange for a higher cost product, you will only need to pay the difference.

How to send the package?

  1. Black Saddle will send a guide via email for the courier company to collect it.
  2. The product will be sent to be received at the Black Saddle warehouse and validate that the return or exchange applies.
  3. The product must be packaged in the same way in which it was received.

How long will it take for my change to be ready?

As soon as the returned product is received and it is validated that it applies for exchange, the estimated production time for each piece is two business weeks, plus shipping time.

How long does it take for a refund to be made?

As soon as the returned product is received and it is validated that it applies for a refund, the estimated refund time is 5 business days.

The refund will be made to the same card/account with which the purchase was made.
